Hubby:
1. Read through the Bible, Genesis to Revelation, in 2008
2. Finish PhD
3. Lose weight
Me:

2. Take a sewing class
3. Make a practice of saying NO to others more often rather than trying to cram too much in. Saying NO to others means I am saying YES to my husband and kids more often.
Hau'oli Makahiki Hou means Happy New Year in Hawaiian. The western Christmas and New Year fell during this same time of the year that the Hawaiians traditionally honored the earth for giving them plenty to eat. This period of resting and feasting was called Makahiki. It lasted for 4 months, and no wars or conflicts were allowed during this time. Great Resolutions! I can not put any on paper this year. They are floating only in my head but I love your saying NO resolution!!
