I'm Going to BlogHer '11! 
Welcome to The Farmer Files!
I am the mother of three active and affectionate little boys, ages 6, 3, and 1. They are truly gifts. I love life as a boy mom. I am honored that God has called me to raise future husbands. I hope they grow up to be just like their daddy, Dr. Romance. We met in an elevator in college. He has a PhD in Something Important, but I call him Dr. Romance. We were married on the Fourth of July twelve years ago just so we could call those fireworks "ours." We are living in the Boston area through June, while Dr.Romance is working at Harvard. We call ourselves the "uncommons" as a play on the Boston Common site, because we are from the land of palm trees and all things laid back. I hold a B.A. in History from UCLA, a teaching credential from CSUN, and an M.Ed. in Administration and Supervision from UVA. Those are my lesser accomplishments. Most importantly I love Jesus.

They look like great helpers!
ReplyDeleteIs your husband like mine, "I am smart...I can read what to do and fix it...no need to pay anyone to fix it." And then he fixes it!
Nothing' like working around the house with a kid on your back. I bet Daddy appreciated the help! :)
